· Vocational Training Program : to send mothers we have screened to qualified vocational training programs of their choice, during which their progress is monitored closely. Upon completion of these training periods, where merited we organize microcredit loans for the women to provide financial support as they begin their careers.
· One Meal a Day Program : we ensure that 28 children and 4 staff at a local school for handicapped children are fed one meal a day.
· Create Community : we are dedicated to creating a personal and direct relationship between the donors and beneficiaries. We design fund raisers and programs to build participation and community both here in Geneva and in recipient communities.
· Follow up Programs : we endeavor to build lasting relationships with our Chance For Change graduates and network on their behalf to help them create future employment opportunities. We encourage our entrepreneurial graduates to construct business plans with the help of local business education programs to then apply for small micro-credit loans to help them start up their own businesses and train other future CFC graduates.
