Our past Fundraising events include: November 20, 2008 -- Salsa dance weekend for kids, by professional salsa instructor and choreographer Alfredo Cotto March 19, 2009 -- Dinner, dancing and entertainment at Awash local authentic Ethiopian restaurant October 8, 2009 -- Women's Belly dance evening with a professional Belly dancer troupe at 'Cabinet 22' November 2009 -- CFC organized a get together in Addis by Gelila where past CFC graduates were able to meet the current candidates. This connection served to encourage and motivate the new candidates as they were able to hear from past graduates how far they have progressed and how much CFC has improved their lives. Future Fundraising Events Planned art auctions, dance programs and annual Ethiopian dinner at a local authentic Ethiopian restaurant in Geneva – all upcoming events are announced in Chance for Changes bi-annual newsletters.
